1. Who we are
Crefora is operated by Mandalar Ltd, a private limited company registered in England & Wales under company number 17167234 ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms. Our registered office address is available on the Companies House register. Questions? Email [email protected].
2. The service
Crefora lets you design, generate, verify, and deliver certificates, tickets, and similar documents. Features vary by plan as described on the pricing page. We may improve or change features over time; if we materially reduce what a paid plan includes, we will notify you before your next renewal.
3. Your account
You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure — you are responsible for activity under your account. Accounts require a verified email address. You must be at least 18 to purchase a subscription.
4. Free trial
New subscribers receive a 30-day free trial on their first paid subscription. One trial per account. A valid payment card is required at signup, and the first charge is taken automatically when the trial ends unless you cancel before then. Cancelling during the trial means you pay nothing and revert to the free plan at the end of the trial period.
5. Billing and cancellation
Paid plans are billed monthly in GBP through Stripe and auto-renew until cancelled. You can cancel anytime from your account page; you keep paid features until the end of the current billing period, after which your account moves to the free plan. Prices may change with at least 30 days' notice, effective from your next renewal. Where required, VAT or sales tax is added at checkout.
6. Your content
You retain all rights to the templates, logos, signatures, and documents you create. You grant us only the limited licence needed to store and process them to provide the service (for example, hosting a verification page or sending a document by email). You are responsible for the content of documents you generate and for having the right to use any material you upload, including recipient data you process through the tool.
7. Acceptable use
You must not use Crefora to create fraudulent, deceptive, or unlawful documents — including fake qualifications, forged official documents, or impersonation of any organisation — nor to send spam or infringe others' rights. We may suspend or terminate accounts engaged in abuse, fraud, or activity that violates payment processor policies or applicable law.
8. Verification pages
Documents generated with a QR verification code have a public verification page. Issuers can revoke a document at any time, which marks its verification page accordingly. We make reasonable efforts to keep verification pages available but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
9. Availability and liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of profit, revenue, or data. Our total liability arising from the service in any 12-month period is limited to the amount you paid us in that period. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be limited under law.
10. Termination
You may delete your account at any time from account settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms, with notice where practicable.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. For material changes we will notify account holders by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales, and the courts of England & Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, except where consumer law entitles you to bring proceedings in your local courts.
