How does the 30-day free trial work?
Every paid plan starts with a 30-day free trial for first-time subscribers. You add a payment card at checkout but pay nothing for 30 days; the first charge happens automatically when the trial ends. Cancel anytime during the trial from your account page and you won't be charged at all. One trial per account.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from your account page; you keep your paid features until the end of your billing period (or trial), then move to the free plan. No cancellation fees.
Can I switch plans?
Yes — upgrades and downgrades take effect immediately, with the price difference prorated on your next invoice.
Do you offer refunds?
The 30-day free trial is there so you can fully evaluate Crefora before paying anything — cancel during the trial and you're never charged. After that, subscriptions aren't refunded, though your statutory consumer rights are unaffected. Questions? Email [email protected].
What happens when I hit the free limit?
Download buttons disable and an upgrade prompt appears. Certificates you already created keep working. Your quota resets on the 1st of each month.
Privacy & data
Where is my data stored?
Recipient names, dates, and CSV files never leave your browser — documents are designed and rendered on your device. We only store your account details, subscription status, usage counters, and any branding assets you upload. See our privacy policy for the full picture.
What data is public on a verification page?
Only what the certificate itself shows: recipient name, document title, serial number, and issuer. Verification pages exist only for documents you export with a QR code, and you can revoke them at any time.
Can I delete my account and data?
Yes — permanently, from your account settings, at any time. This removes your profile, branding assets, verification records, and delivery history.
Using Crefora
What file formats can I upload?
Templates: PNG and JPG, up to 5MB. Signatures: PNG with transparency works best. CSVs: standard comma-separated files for bulk generation.
What's the 'Issued via' stamp?
Free-tier certificates carry a small grey footer linking to this site. Any paid plan removes it.
How does email delivery work?
On Pro and Business plans you can send certificates directly to recipients — individually or in bulk from a CSV. Business plans can send from your own domain for full white-labelling.
Can recipients verify their certificates?
Yes. Documents exported with a QR code link to a hosted verification page showing the document's details and validity. If you revoke a document, its page reflects that immediately.
Do you support team accounts?
Not yet — paid plans are single-user. Team plans are on the roadmap; tell us you want them at [email protected].
